We’ll make a platter together from beginning to end using the same quality artisan produce we choose for Good Grazd. We’ll share the tools we use, the techniques we’ve learnt and the thinking behind the way we put things together. There are little decisions that become second nature after years of making them, and this is our chance to show you why we make them.

Then you’ll make your own, with everything provided and us there alongside you. You’ll take your platter home, along with the knowledge and resources to come back to whenever you need them.
Because once you know how to put a beautiful platter together, hosting becomes a little more fun. You stop waiting for the occasion that feels worthy of making the effort and start making more of the occasions already there. And perhaps that’s the part we love most. Beautiful things don’t need to be saved for later.
